Abstract

This project aims to design educational tools for microentrepreneurs to develop the necessary knowledge to innovate and strengthen their business models. Mixed research tools from primary and secondary sources were used to detect opportunities for improvement. Based on the findings, design criteria were established to guide the second phase of ideation and prototyping; a co-creation process was designed to develop a viable proposal that would help solve the problem detected. In the third and last phase of the project, the constructed proposal was validated to increase its probability of success at the time of implementation. As a result, we obtained a final version of a platform that seeks to help microentrepreneurs improve their businesses and become better entrepreneurs through the use of innovation tools and the construction of business models, so that they can make better decisions that allow them to obtain their target profit and grow in a structured manner.
